정기 미팅 + 월별 리포트
학생의 기본적인 정보가 수집이 되고 모든 자료를 도합해 주기적으로 학생과의 미팅을 진행합니다.
에세이 미팅과 동시에 원서 진행 상황을 체크하며 모든 미팅 내욕은 기록되어집니다.
미팅 내용은 학부모님들께 매달 말 발송하는 월별 리포트에 기입되며 이를 통해 자세한 학업 추이를 분석 자료와 함께 확인할 수 있습니다.

인턴쉽, 봉사활동 지도
대학 전공과 대학 리스트에 기반을 두고 인턴쉽 및 봉사활동을 지도합니다.
많은 대학들이 성적만 우수한 학생보다, 다양한 활동을 경험하고 좋은 성품, 리더쉽이 있는 학생을 원하고 있습니다.

원서 작성
1~6의 과정이 모두 결정되고나면 원서 작성을 시작합니다.
대학 선정, 서류 관리, 추천서 관리,
